Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The Test Engineer is responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of cost-effective methods for testing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and systems throughout all phases of product development and manufacturing. This role supports the generation of technical engineering products by using appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system development life cycle. The Test Engineer executes test approaches, documents system verification, and keeps abreast of technology trends. What you'll experience:
