This role supports harm reduction efforts by participating in syringe service programs and providing community outreach services. Key Duties:
Our Common Ground Department provides comprehensive, client-centered services focused on HIV case management, benefits coordination, and community-based outreach, prevention, and harm reduction. Through an integrated approach, the department supports individuals at risk for or living with HIV by improving access to testing, care, treatment, and supportive services. Programs within the department emphasize health education, risk reduction, and linkage to care, utilizing both site-based services and mobile outreach to meet clients where they are. The department is committed to reducing health disparities and promoting equitable access to care for underserved populations Salary Range: $26.90 - $33.45 hourly Qualifications
