This role designs, builds, and maintains interactive dashboards and reports using modern analytics and data visualization tools. The BI analyst partners with stakeholders to gather business intelligence requirements, supports recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs, and translates complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform institutional decision-making. This position emphasizes front-end analytics and dashboard development and includes collaboration with data engineering and data quality teams but will not be responsible for back-end development or data remediation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is passionate about turning data into actionable insights, and has experience working within modern data analytics platforms.
