SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES The Treasury Management Product Specialist is responsible for supporting the Treasury Management Sales Officers as a product expert and consultative business partner. Is responsible for product support of the organization's most complex treasury product offerings serving as the subject matter expert both internally and externally. The Treasury Management Product Specialist will identify, build and lead strategic discussions with client's IT, A/P and A/R departments Treasury teams on their key areas of interest. The Treasury Management Product Specialist is also responsible for helping structure holistic solutions for clients ranging from accounts / liquidity structures, Payables and Receivables optimization, systems and connectivity, bank relationship management, working capital and centralization strategies. The individual must have a broad and in-depth knowledge of the various payments, receipts, and reporting services as well as data transmission protocols in order to adequately consult with clients, explain the options available to them and gather their requirements for implementing those services. The Treasury Management Product Specialist will work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine business requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives, and existing systems infrastructure. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is located in a private office. Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered. TRAVEL Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.
