This Senior Builders Risk Broker role is designed to lead strategy, placement, and execution for large, complex construction programs, including flagship global accounts such as Alphabet/Google. The role sits at the center of client, market, and internal coordination-driving risk strategy, structuring innovative insurance solutions, and leading placements for multi-billion-dollar project portfolios across the construction lifecycle. This is a hybrid role that requires working 2-3 days per week from a local Aon Office. What the day will look like Serve as the lead Builders Risk strategist and broker for large, complex client portfolios, including hyperscale and global construction programs, owning the end-to-end placement strategy across multiple projects and phases. This includes designing program structures, deploying limits, shaping catastrophe approaches, and driving optimal brokered outcomes. Act as the senior point of coordination across client stakeholders, internal Aon teams, and global insurance markets to ensure seamless execution and alignment.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay Transparency Laws: Thesalary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $242,700 to $315,500 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of New York, NY. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
