Pay Rate: $34 - $35.8 hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY

In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate cross-functional efforts, streamline talent system operations, and craft compelling messages that connect and inspire teams across continents.

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in HR coordination, talent operations, or program support
• Proven ability to support internal communication workflows, including drafting, coordinating, and distributing content
• Proficiency with HR and talent systems such as Workday, MS Viva, Azure, ServiceNow, and related platforms
• Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to clarity and audience engagement
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple global workstreams and operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with data analytics and reporting within talent systems
• Knowledge of project management or process documentation
• Familiarity with other HR systems or enterprise communication tools

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in HR coordination, talent operations, or program management within a global or enterprise environment

Other Requirements:

• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and supporting international teams
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and evolving priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
