Copper River Data Solutions is hiring an Event Manager for the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Yellow Ribbon events that support Army Reserve Service members and their families throughout the deployment cycle. The Event Manager oversees all phases of pre-deployment event operations, ensuring successful delivery of resources, services, training, and support programs aligned with Department of Defense objectives. This role serves as the primary coordinator between military leadership, government agencies, vendors, hotels, presenters, community organizations, and participating families to ensure seamless event execution and high-quality attendee experiences. The Event Manager ensures events provide access to healthcare, employment, education, financial, legal, and resiliency resources designed to promote readiness and family well-being This position requires frequent travel to event locations across the United States and may include evening and weekend work during event execution periods. The Event Manager must be comfortable working in dynamic environments while supporting Service members, military families, and senior government leadership.
