What You'll Do As a Graduate Nurse on the Mom Baby Unit, you will: Care for mothers and newborns during the postpartum period Educate families on newborn care, feeding, and maternal recovery Partner with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, high-quality care Support patients and families through education, communication, and hands-on care You'll also build strong clinical skills through: Patient-centered care planning and documentation Bedside shift reporting and safety-focused handoffs (SBAR) Collaboration with physicians and care teams Evidence-based practice and continuous learning ????
