YOUR IMPACT In this role, you will serve as a critical member of the Public Markets Platform (PMP) Management & Strategy team within Wealth Management, working directly with the head of platform management & strategy, the chief operating officer, and the global co-heads. This individual will help be responsible for the development, strategy, execution, and management of a broad range of growth initiatives and business priorities across the Public Markets Platform (PMP) inclusive of Managed Strategies, Equity Structuring, and Cross Markets team. The role empowers a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented professional with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities to operate at the center of the business. They will independently lead complex projects, navigate competing priorities, and ensure the seamless execution of key initiatives. The position demands the utmost discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment, along with the ability to build credibility and work effectively with individuals at every level of the organization both within the business and across external stakeholders.
