Summary:

The Paramedic - Mobile Integrative Health role provides direct, non-urgent patient care and patient education in patient homes and community settings.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education:Completion of Paramedic Course required.
  2. License/Certifications:Currentstate licensure as Paramedic required. Active BLS certification required. Active state driver's license required. IBSC-CP (International Board of Specialty Certification - Community Paramedicine) within 6 months, CHW (Community Health Worker) Core Competency within 6 months, AAS in Public Safety, Public Health or health related field preferred
  3. Experience:Two years of clinical experience as an EMS provider.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required:Working knowledge of chronic conditions. Experience with EMR systems and basic computer skills. Strong communication skills.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Community/ service area experience preferred. CPI or alternate de-escalation training preferred.

The pay range for this position is $25.24to $34.16 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
