The Student Success Coordinator acts as a foundational professional within the University, responsible for organizing and aligning resources to achieve program objectives within scope, time, and quality constraints. The Coordinator ensures the efficient use of resources and provides data-driven analysis to support strategic decision-making. As an active learner and individual contributor, the Coordinator works under close supervision to bridge the gap between the University, school leadership, families, and community partners to promote academic, social, and emotional well-being across the SHP service area. Anticipated Hiring Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity This position will remain open until filled. This is a Restricted position, and based on the availability of funding. This is an exempt level, benefited position.
