The FEAP provides high-quality, professional, and comprehensive employee assistance services tailored to individual and organizational needs. The Employee Assistance Consultant I is an entry-level clinical position within the Faculty and Employee Assistance Program (FEAP). This role provides confidential, short-term counseling, consultation, and referral services to UVA faculty and staff, employees of community partners and their families. Under close supervision, the Employee Assistance Consultant supports individual well-being and organizational health through direct service delivery, outreach, and operational assistance. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career behavioral health professional looking to apply clinical skills in a workplace setting. Key Responsibilities:

Anticipated Hiring range: $58,000 - $65,000 This isan exempt-level,benefitedposition.
