Business Impact Analysis (BIA) Analyst
12 month contract (W2 ONLY, NO C-C) McKinney, TX (Hybrid) - Local Candidates Only Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Impact Analysis (BIA) Analyst to support and mature an enterprise Business Continuity and Operational Resilience program. This individual will play a key role in identifying critical business processes, applications, vendors, and operational dependencies while helping establish and maintain a scalable BIA framework across the organization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building or rebuilding BIA programs within mid-to-large organizations and can independently conduct assessments, facilitate stakeholder workshops, develop assessment methodologies, and produce meaningful resilience documentation. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, cybersecurity, risk management, and third-party vendors.
