In this role, you will be responsible for managing the efficient processing of invoices, vendor onboarding, and maintaining strong vendor relationships-all while supporting the financial health of the organization. What You'll Do: Process and code vendor invoices accurately in accordance with company policies Handle data entry and maintain all vendor accounts with precision Perform monthly reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies Communicate effectively with vendors regarding inquiries and onboarding processes Support audit preparations by providing necessary documentation Assist with light reconciliation work and other administrative tasks as needed Required Skills: 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles, or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and invoice processing Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Business Central (365) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Effective communication skills, both verbal and written High integrity and a positive attitude Nice to Have Skills: Experience with vendor onboarding and merger-related vendor management Familiarity with reconciling accounts and handling POs and invoices collaboratively with purchasing teams Additional experience with audit support or other financial transactions Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 1-3 years of relevant accounts payable experience Other Requirements: This position is primarily in-office, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Ability to work within a team environment and handle sensitive organizational information with confidentiality If you're a detail-oriented professional looking to grow your career in a supportive and forward-thinking company, we want to hear from you!
