DataBank is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our Data Center Operations Business Operations (BizOps) team. In this role, you will help support the daily operational needs of the organization by maintaining and improving our SharePoint Knowledge Base, supporting reporting and dashboard initiatives, and assisting with business analysis activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational documentation remains accurate, accessible, and aligned with company standards while also helping teams better understand operational data through dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, technically curious, and comfortable working across multiple teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
