Licensed Practical Nurse, Pulmonology - Crystal Run HealthRock Hill, New York Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for External Candidates About the RoleOptum NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Pulmonology team in Rock Hill, NY. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, support providers during clinical procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, coordinated care. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while working in a clinician-led healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care through direct patient interactions and telephone communication following established clinical standards. Coordinate care with physicians, providers, and other healthcare team members to support seamless patient care delivery. Encourage patient participation in care planning and treatment goals. Assist physicians and providers with clinical procedures. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health-related topics. Provide direction and guidance to clerical staff, medical assistants, and other non-licensed personnel. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing. Current New York State (NYS) Licensed Practical Nurse license with active NYS registration in good standing. Preferred Qualifications Current CPR/BLS certification. 1+ years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, or 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a relevant practice area.
