Description
The Benefits Administrator supports the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and leave of absence programs with a focus on accurate processing, data management, vendor coordination, compliance, and employee support. This role serves as a key resource for employees navigating benefit elections, leave requests, and related programs, ensuring a positive employee experience through timely communication and responsive service. The Benefits Administrator partners with internal stakeholders and third-party administrators to support efficient benefits and leave operations, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing sensitive information, complex processes, and employee inquiries. What You'll Bring:
This salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000. This position is classified as remote but is tied to our New York, NY office located at 120 Broadway. Employment is subject to New York State tax withholding under applicable regulations.
