Job Summary

TheSenior Business Intelligence Analyst will be a key player on theeMoneyData and Analytics team. The Data and Analytics team is charged with providing critical data and analytical components to deliver insights to all functions of the business.The candidate will work with the cross-functional data and analytics team, subject matter experts, and system vendors to implement the program and define and undertake analytics projects that provide data-supported answers to key business issues. They will alsobringpresentation skills:creating stories about the data, documenting feedback, requirements and showcasing solutions, completing the full project lifecycle (design inception through delivery). TheSr Business Intelligence Analystwill collaborate with stakeholders and business sponsors as well as the application development team to evangelize their work products and advocate as a driver ofdata-drivenchange throughout the organization.

JobResponsibilities

  • Communicatecomplex analytical solutions, data relationships and results and their business impacts to multiple business partners and stakeholders, through superior data visualization and storytelling skills
  • Leverage, integrate, and normalize disparate data sources including enterprise systems, internal and third-party applications, and customer data
  • Partner with cross-functional, operational teams to develop quantitative models and analyze business hypotheses, informing data driven decisions to optimize and increase productivity and revenue
  • Ensure consistency and cleanliness of thedata and analyticscode base to maintain a highly-performant,stable environment for our customers
  • Drive business decisions by providing data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers
  • Use analytics and metrics to show key performance indicators, improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts
  • Develop and maintain consultative relationships with key stakeholders to effectively drive aligned business results
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationshipsin order toeffectively synthesize organizational needs andtranslate into a cohesivedata strategy
  • Integrate cross-functional, cross-market and cross-category analytical insights into strategic thought leadership and actionable recommendations to influence business decisions; Ensure insights are co-owned and advanced within the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline - math, statistics,dataand analytics preferred or equivalent experience
  • 6+yearsofexperience in dataand analytics, business intelligence,predictive analytics,or related consultative role

Skills

  • Advanced Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with Lookeror similar BI tool
  • Highly detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy with data management
  • Comfortable preparing and participating in the delivery of presentations and action recommendations that communicate complex material in layman's terms, guiding business owners on the interpretation, implications and use of analytic results.
  • Exhibits a solid understanding of data quality concepts and practices, such as data profiling and creating/maintaining metadata, and factors that contribute to the reliability and integrity of collected data
  • Self-motivated, enjoys working in a fast-paced, driven environment and collaborates efficiently as a team member
  • Willingness to be flexible and adapt to different stakeholder needs
  • Seeks out innovative approaches and techniques while making sound business decisions

The salary range for this position is $96,000 - $123,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
