As a Security Officer Command Center Dispatcher in Milpitas, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Professional supporting a busy logistics and distribution location. In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate responses to security-related concerns, document key information, and provide strong communication and customer service. You will help support smooth daily operations through teamwork, integrity, and a caring, reliable, and innovative approach that makes a real impact every shift.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and site personnel by following site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor radios, phones, alarms, and other communication systems to receive calls for service, document incidents, and coordinate the assignment of security-related personnel across the location.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying accurate information to supervisors, first responders, and/or site contacts as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs, dispatch records, and incident reports, helping to support timely communication, operational awareness, and follow-up on security-related concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrol coordination and status checks for the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
