The Role The Director, Internal Communications will lead enterprise internal communications strategy and employee engagement initiatives across QuidelOrtho's global organization. This role is responsible for helping employees understand the company's strategy, priorities, culture, and transformation journey through clear, aligned, and impactful communications. Reporting into Global Brand & Strategic Communications function, this leader will partner closely with executive leadership, Human Resources, Legal, Investor Relations, regional teams, and functional leaders to strengthen organizational alignment, leadership visibility, employee engagement, and communication effectiveness across a complex global business. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, executive communications expertise, change management capability, and operational execution. Additionally, this role requires a strategic communicator with strong business acumen, executive presence, and experience operating within dynamic, fast paced, matrixed, publicly traded organizations. Salary TransparencyThe salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $180,233.20 - $220,000 and is bonus eligible.
