The SMKG Sales Systems Manager is a strategic, role responsible for driving business-critical outcomes across core Sales platforms. This role operates at an enterprise level, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology execution while delivering scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions.

The position serves as a key bridge between business and ICT and plays a critical role in influencing roadmap priorities, investment sequencing, and delivery outcomes.

In addition to delivery leadership, the role requires strong curiosity and hands-on engagement with Artificial Intelligence (AI)-including copilots and agent-based solutions-to identify and scale opportunities that enhance sales performance, decision-making, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Systems Leadership & Delivery



  • Own end-to-end accountability for SMKG Sales Systems delivery.


  • Guide teams in requirements development, ensuring business needs are translated into structured epics, user stories, and backlogs.


  • Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, architecture, and quality expectations.


  • Drive full lifecycle delivery-from MVP through scale, including testing, validation, and continuous improvement.


  • Serve as the primary interface between business leadership, external partners, and ICT delivery teams.


AI Exploration, Experimentation & Value Creation



  • Demonstrate active curiosity and continuous learning in AI technologies, including large language models, copilots, and AI agents.


  • Engage in hands-on experimentation ("tinkering") with AI tools, prompts, and agent workflows to explore practical use cases.


  • Identify, prioritize, and prototype AI-driven opportunities across the sales lifecycle.


  • Translate experimentation into scalable, production-ready capabilities that deliver measurable business value.


  • Ensure alignment of AI solutions with enterprise data strategy, governance, and cybersecurity requirements.


Program Leadership & Team Development



  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members in Project and Program Management disciplines.


  • Leverage experience to develop team capability, improve delivery maturity, and support individual career growth.


  • Act as a trusted advisor to peers and emerging leaders, helping teams navigate complexity and improve outcomes.


  • Establish governance and reporting practices that improve predictability and leadership visibility.


  • Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to executive stakeholders.



Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 experience leading enterprise-scale technology programs and system integrations.


  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across business and ICT domains.


  • Demonstrated experience in requirements management, backlog prioritization, and full delivery lifecycle ownership.


  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and enterprise architecture principles.


  • Experience with delivery governance, risk management, and operational readiness.


  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.


  • Demonstrated interest in AI technologies, with a proactive, hands-on approach to learning and experimentation.


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present clearly at executive levels.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience supporting Sales systems, dealer platforms, or order management environments.


  • Experience identifying and implementing AI-enabled use cases that drive measurable business value.


  • Track record of mentoring team members and improving program management capability.


  • Experience operating within a matrixed enterprise environment.


  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making, analytics, or reporting platforms supporting Sales organizations.
