• Manage daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align branch activities with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report on branch performance metrics.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in branch management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
