As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control needs while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and/or loading or service zones for policy compliance, visitor activity, and other security-related issues, while communicating professionally with occupants and guests.
• Assist with access control, after-hours checks, and/or routine property inspections, helping to support daily operations and timely communication regarding maintenance, life system, and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
