As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Detail in Williamsburg, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and/or policy-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed, and document security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities in required reports.
• Support emergency response activities, alarm response, and/or evacuation procedures in accordance with site expectations and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
