Now hiring Manufacturing Operator Location: Hampshire, IL Pay Rate: $25.85 per hour Schedule:Monday - Friday \| 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Work You Can Be Proud Of. As a Manufacturing Operator in Hampshire, you'll put in real effort and see real results. You'll help build products people use every day and get paid fair for doing it right. Requirements: 2+ years of machine setup and manufacturing experience Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work in a physical manufacturing environment Commitment to safety and quality standards Benefits: Solid weekly pay, no delays Health, dental, vision, life, and more Safe work zone Employee discounts that help you save more each week Optional 401(k) for when you're thinking long game Job Duties: Set up and operate lathes, mills, Haas equipment, and other production machinery Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, and tooling setups Manufacture custom components according to specifications Perform fabrication tasks including cutting, drilling, trimming, punching, and shaping Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment Load and unload materials and move products throughout the facility Complete production documentation and basic equipment maintenance Troubleshoot minor machine issues and maintain a clean, safe work area 4.9 Stars from the Production Crew 98% say we make it easy to find good work.
