Job Duties:

• Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and production preparation
• Operate lathes, mills, Haas equipment, and other production machinery
• Manufacture custom industrial components according to specifications
• Perform cutting, drilling, trimming, punching, stamping, and shaping operations
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Load and unload materials and move products throughout the facility
• Perform routine equipment cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance
• Maintain organized work areas and support inventory activities
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Responsibilities:

• 1-2 years of manufacturing, machine operation, or machining experience preferred
• Experience assisting with machine setups and production changeovers preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, routers, and work instructions
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive movements
• Ability to work safely while following OSHA, LOTO, and PPE requirements
