Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Salary: $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We're looking for a Senior Accountant in Rancho Cucamonga who knows accounting beyond the basics and takes ownership of the numbers. Solid work. Real responsibility.

A good fit for an accountant who values accuracy, structure, and getting it right.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience; manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and GAAP
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (Syspro experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Dependable with the flexibility to work overtime as needed

Job Duties:

You'll own the books for multiple accounts, review transactions, reconcile balances, and make sure reports line up the way they should. You'll support close activities, handle payroll and sales tax filings, and keep everything accurate without someone hovering over you.
