Here's what it takes to make yours count.



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years of quality assurance or manufacturing experience required
  • Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and statistical quality control (SQC) methods
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality-related software systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in laminate, coating, fabricating, or specialty materials manufacturing preferred
  • Knowledge of dispersion chemistry is a plus


Responsibilities:



  • Support the Quality Manager in overseeing Quality Assurance and Inspection operations
  • Supervise QA and Inspection personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of SPC/SQC programs
  • Investigate customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions
  • Monitor quality data, analyze trends, and prepare reports
  • Support ISO 9001 compliance, internal audits, and certification audits
  • Serve as a liaison with customers, suppliers, and regulatory organizations as needed
  • Manage document control processes, including revisions, distribution, and record maintenance
  • Coordinate customer compliance requests and quality documentation
  • Support new product qualification and integration into manufacturing processes
  • Maintain UL documentation and coordinate testing and audit activities
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and other quality-related projects as assigned
