Johns Hopkins Children's Center Pediatric and Congenital Heart Center treats all cardiology conditions from prenatal diagnosis through adulthood. We provide the most advanced cardiology care for adults and children with general or complex cardiac conditions.

We are searching for a Pediatric Cardiac Ultrasound Technologist to join our elite cardiac team. As an Ultrasound Tech you will:

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures on patients (fetal through adulthood) with general or complex cardiac conditions including Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD)
  • Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Travel to eight (8) locations - Baltimore, Annapolis, Towson (GBMC), Westminster, Columbia, Frederick, Water's Edge, Hagerstown, and Bethesda

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Completion of approved curriculum in diagnostic sonography
  • Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
  • CPR card within three (3) months of employment
  • Six (6) months of scanning experience (clinical or student)
  • Must obtain pediatric echocardiography registry within two (2) years
  • Pediatric Echocardiography Cardiology experience is strongly preferred

Shift:

Full Time (40 hours)

8:00am - 4:30pm

Monday - Friday

Rotating Saturday and Sunday coverage (8:00am - 12:00pm)
