Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place. YOUR IMPACT
You will combine data engineering expertise with strong problem-solving and client service skills to support scalable, high-quality analytics solutions using a secure, proprietary data platform.
You will join our Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) Software Delivery team in the U.S., supporting multiple client engagements. You will work closely with client stakeholders and diverse internal teams across geographies including client service teams, delivery team members, analytical experts, and product teams to support data delivery objectives. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate across teams to identify, ingest, and transfer client data, while ensuring high standards of data quality, security, and reliability through robust ingestion, encryption, QA, and transformation processes.
You will play a key role in structuring and enriching data to enable insights, while building and maintaining data pipelines and structured data models that support advanced analytics use cases. You will also collaborate in problem-solving sessions to support the design and adoption of analytics solutions.
Working in a cross-functional, agile environment, you will contribute to delivering impactful analytics products, enhancing reusable data assets, and driving process improvements through automation and innovation.
Your success will come from your strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, along with healthcare industry knowledge. Supporting client engagements with data expertise, contributing to asset development, and driving continuous improvement through automation, while thriving in a fast-paced, learning-oriented environment.
YOUR GROWTH
Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues-at all levels-will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you'll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won't find anywhere else.
When you join us, you will have:
  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.
  • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You'll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm's diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions for our clients. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • World-class benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • 1+ years of professional experience (including internships) working across teams, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and effective communication, with a track record of delivering high-quality, timely outcomes; preferably in the healthcare or technology industry
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Imply) along with proficiency in SQL with Databricks is required; Hands-on experience with Python and/or similar scripting languages like PySpark is a plus
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage workload effectively
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapting to evolving priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and lead by example in team settings
  • Intellectually curious, with a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement
  • Experience in data engineering, data intelligence, application/database development, or analytics, with a solid understanding of data modeling principles (database design, entity relationships, unique identifiers) and software development best practices, including modularization, testing, and refactoring
  • Experience building and managing ETL/data pipelines and workflows in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS) and working with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git) to support code quality and reliable deployments is preferred
  • There is a mixture of remote and on-site work; travel requirements fluctuate based on client engagements. You should be willing and able to travel up to 75% when needed, although actual travel may be significantly lower
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams across diverse disciplines, cultures, and time zones
