We are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Financial Services Representative (FSR) to join our Retail Operations team. In this role, you will leverage strong technical and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional service to both prospective and current members.

Our Financial Service Representatives utilize automated systems, platforms, and mobile/desktop devices to perform a wide range of financial services, while supporting members with our digital banking channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct loan interviews and process consumer loan applications
  • Open new member accounts and assist with account maintenance
  • Perform member transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Greet members and direct them to appropriate resources or services
  • Cross-sell and promote Credit Union products and services
  • Educate members on digital tools including ATM usage, mobile banking, and online banking
  • Provide technical support for digital banking, including troubleshooting:
    • Mobile apps and online access
    • Login/password assistance
    • Device compatibility and accessibility issues
  • Support members with internet, desktop, and mobile device connectivity
  • Promote financial well-being by delivering a high level of personalized service

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a financial institution or extensive customer service and sales experience
  • Working knowledge of financial products, services, and member service procedures
  • Familiarity with loan interviewing techniques and processes
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot digital and mobile applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to assist members in accessing online services via PC, laptop, or mobile devices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
