Now hiring: Shipping and Receiving Associate Location: Plano, TX Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Shift: 8 AM-4:30 PM \| Schedule: Monday-Friday Ship It. Track It. Stack It. Get Paid. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of shipping, warehouse, or order fulfillment experience Experience using ERP systems and basic computer skills Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and other freight/shipping carrier systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) preferred Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to safely lift and move up to 70 lbs. as needed Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Job Duties: Process customer orders by picking products and updating inventory in the ERP system Prepare shipping documents, including packing lists, labels, and freight paperwork Verify product type, quantity, and order accuracy before shipment Label, pack, and secure products using protective materials to ensure safe transit Coordinate daily shipments with freight and overnight carriers for timely pickup Enter shipping data into ERP and carrier systems with accuracy Maintain clean, organized staging and shipping areas to support workflow efficiency Support inventory, order picking, and packing activities as needed Communicate inventory issues or discrepancies to the Shipping Supervisor Perform physical tasks, including standing, reaching, lifting, and material handling throughout the shift Benefits: Weekly pay - no guessing, no waiting.
