Senior Product Solutions Manager - Drive Business Systems Innovation, Automation & Customer-Focused Solutions at The Pasha Group

Join The Pasha Group as Senior Product Solutions Manager, where you will partner closely with business leaders, IT teams, customers, and vendors to design and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, productivity, and customer experience.
This high-impact role is responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, leading automation initiatives, and helping shape product solutions that align with enterprise strategy. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business units, translating operational challenges into scalable systems, reporting tools, process improvements, and technology roadmaps.
Lead Business Analysis, Requirements & Solution Design
Turn business challenges into clear requirements and effective technology solutions.
- Partner With Business Leaders: Consult with business units to identify objectives, system needs, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Gather and Define Requirements: Elicit, evaluate, document, and validate business requirements, solution scope, and functional needs with key stakeholders.
- Design Strategic Solutions: Create innovative systems solutions and project plans that help business units meet operational, financial, and customer service goals.
- Perform Fit/Gap Analysis: Assess current processes and systems against business requirements to identify gaps, risks, and solution opportunities.
- Map Business Processes: Develop detailed process flow diagrams, workflows, and system documentation that clearly communicate current and future-state requirements.
Drive Automation, Product Enhancements & Operational Improvement
Lead complex initiatives that improve how the business operates and serves customers.
- Lead Automation Initiatives: Act as a business analysis leader for automation projects, helping improve processes, reduce manual work, and increase visibility.
- Advance Product Solutions: Develop and present recommendations for advanced systems, reporting tools, and technology enhancements that improve business efficiency and customer experience.
- Support Major Implementations: Lead complex analytical and business design activities throughout the full product and project lifecycle.
- Enhance Reporting & Analytics: Design new reports and leverage analytics tools to provide meaningful performance visibility to business units and customers.
- Align Work With Strategy: Ensure projects, initiatives, and product recommendations support The Pasha Group's overall business strategy and long-term goals.
Strengthen Technology Partnerships & Business Continuity
Build strong collaboration across internal teams, external partners, and technology stakeholders.
- Collaborate With IT Leadership: Partner with IT management to establish operational objectives and support the execution of the company's IT strategy.
- Support External Integration Needs: Assist leadership in evaluating and implementing solutions that improve collaboration with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Develop Resilient Solutions: Support the development and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans that address changing business needs.
- Communicate Across Audiences: Present business analysis, recommendations, and solution designs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solve Complex Problems: Use data, research, analysis, and sound judgment to identify root causes, establish facts, and recommend practical solutions.
Lead, Coach & Develop Product Solutions Talent
Support a high-performing team that delivers strong business partnership and meaningful technology solutions.
- Coach Team Members: Provide guidance, support, training, and subject matter expertise to Product Solutions team members.
- Lead Assigned Work: Manage work performed by Product Solutions staff and may directly supervise assigned team members.
- Build Team Capability: Help strengthen analytical, process design, reporting, and project delivery skills across the team.
- Promote Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships across business units, IT, external partners, and leadership teams.
What You Bring
You combine strong business analysis, product management, systems thinking, and communication skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Logistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of coursework and directly related experience
- 10+ years of experience in full-cycle business systems product management, including business process mapping and major project implementation
- Experience working within Agile SDLC methodology
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong ability to gather, document, validate, and communicate business and system requirements
- Experience creating detailed process flow diagrams, business workflows, and solution documentation
- Ability to perform fit/gap analysis and develop comprehensive test plans for major initiatives
- Understanding of database-driven applications, open tools, and programming languages
- General knowledge of databases and proficiency with SQL queries
- Experience designing solutions that include dimensional models
- Strong proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as Business Objects, Power BI, or Tableau
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Excel with PowerPivot, Word, and Outlook

This role operates in a corporate office environment and requires regular use of computer systems, office equipment, communication tools, reporting platforms, and business applications.
Travel
30% Must be able to travel independently to U.S. locations including Hawaii.

The salary range listed is based on the geographic zone associated with this role: SAN RAFAEL, CA. Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time.
Zone 1: $160,000 - $180,000
This job is also eligible for participation in an Incentive Plan with a target payout based on eligible compensation and corporate/individual performance goal attainment.
Annual Incentive Opportunity: 10% of eligible compensation
