We are seeking a Salesforce Developer II to help drive the evolution of our Salesforce platform and AI-powered technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys solving complex business challenges through scalable Salesforce solutions while embracing emerging AI technologies to improve efficiency, automation, and user experience.

As a key contributor to our technology team, you will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and integrations while leveraging tools such as Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, and AI-assisted development platforms to create intelligent workflows and business solutions. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.

What You'll Do Salesforce Development & Platform Engineering
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and custom integration frameworks.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, well-documented technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, including security, governor limits, and bulkification.
  • Support release management activities, including sandbox management, testing, deployments, and change management.
AI & Intelligent Automation
  • Implement and configure Salesforce Einstein, including Einstein Copilot, CRM Analytics, and predictive models.
  • Design and deploy Agentforce agents and AI-powered workflows to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Leverage AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and governance standards.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, approvals, and data enrichment processes.
  • Evaluate emerging Salesforce AI capabilities and recommend innovative solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Data Integrity & Security
  • Design and maintain Salesforce security models, including role hierarchies, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Support compliance with data privacy and security requirements.
  • Monitor and improve data quality using Salesforce tools and AI-assisted anomaly detection where appropriate.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Partner with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver iterative solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, integration specifications, and AI configurations.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Support user training, adoption, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, AI advancements, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Apex
    • SOQL
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Salesforce Flow
  • Experience building integrations using REST and/or SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with Git, source control, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as:
    • Integration Architecture Designer
    • AI Associate
    • Application Architect
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Flow AI, or similar AI and automation technologies.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
  • Healthcare staffing or healthcare technology industry experience.
