The Job at a Glance

The Senior Inbound Fulfillment Center Manager is responsible for leading all inbound operations at Encompass' new state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Atlanta. This role oversees receiving, customer returns, pack-upon-receipt, kitting, inspection, and inventory put-away while ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy, safety, and productivity. As a senior leader, this individual will play a critical role in establishing and scaling a new operation by building high-performing teams, developing standardized processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position partners closely with Inventory Control, Transportation, Quality, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure inbound operations effectively support business growth and deliver exceptional customer service. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced operations leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for team development, process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this role is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, equipment, shift, and geographical location. Encompass is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a bonus depending on the role.
