As UVA Health continues to expand its specialty home infusion capabilities, this position places you at the center of delivering complex, life-enhancing therapies to patients in a highly coordinated and clinically rigorous model. As a frontline clinical pharmacist in a rapidly scaling specialty program, you will manage complex patients, guide therapy outcomes, and help shape the future of home-based infusion care. This is a role built for pharmacists who want meaningful patient impact, clinical depth, and the chance to contribute to an emerging model of care delivery. The Role In this role, you will serve as a clinical leader within a high-growth specialty home infusion program, managing a dedicated panel of complex patients while collaborating across a multidisciplinary care team. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy required. Experience: No experience required. PGY-1 residency or equivalent clinical experience preferred. Licensure: Virginia State Board of Pharmacy License or within 60 days of hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Job requires sitting for prolonged periods; Repetitive motion: typing. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull less than 20lbs. May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease. The pay range for this role is $64.37 - $87.33 hourly.
