**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement robust branding and corporate identity strategies.

* Craft compelling creative briefs that guide design execution.

* Provide expert feedback and shepherd creative projects from concept to completion.

* Ensure all external agency work adheres strictly to brand guidelines.

* Lead the application of brand identity across major event spaces, including print, digital, and experiential touchpoints.

* Create high-quality mockups to visualize creative concepts.

* Review branded content for guideline compliance.

* Proactively engage with cross-functional teams, asking insightful questions and making informed decisions to drive project success.

**Qualifications:**

* Extensive experience in art direction with a strong focus on branding and corporate identity.

* Proven ability to write effective creative briefs.

* Demonstrated experience in providing and managing creative feedback cycles.

* Expertise in ensuring external partners comply with brand guidelines.

* Experience working with large-scale event spaces and applying branding across print, digital, and experiential mediums.

* Proficiency in industry-standard design software, advanced creative tools, and AI-powered creative applications.

* Solid understanding of typography principles.

* Strong capability in creating high-quality mockups.

* Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with a proactive and engaging approach to teamwork.
