The Student Programs Advisors will work collaboratively with the NTSAF team to help foster intellectual and personal development for NTSAF Scholars and Fellows through a wide variety of projects and initiatives. Experience and Qualifications Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree Minimum Experience: At least one year of experience in college student advising or a related field Minimum Field of Expertise: education, social sciences, psychology, social work Preferred Education: Master's degree in student Affairs, Higher Education, Counseling, or a related field Preferred Experience: 2+ years of experience in college student advising or a related field Preferred Field Expertise: college student development, higher education administration, educational counseling Application Procedure As part of the application, candidates must upload one document file (Word or PDF) that contains the following: 1) a cover letter highlighting your advising philosophy and relevant work experience, 2) a resume (including telephone and e-mail address). Compensation The hourly rate for this position is $29.00 - 30.00.
