JOB TITLE: Territory Manager, BrainWatch DEPARTMENT: Commercial (Sales) EXEMPT / NON-EXEMPT: Exempt SUPERVISOR'S JOB TITLE: Director of Sales, BrainWatch US LOCATION: Mid-Atlantic (Eastern PA, DE, MD, VA) Position Summary The Territory Manager, BrainWatch position is an integral role within Natus Neuro, responsible for acquiring new customers and accelerating organic growth within the install base of hospital partners. The Territory Manager builds and partners with key stakeholders across hospital Neurology, ICU, Emergency Department (ED), IT, and administrative teams to drive sales and adoption of BrainWatch Point of Care (POC)-EEG. Reporting to the Director of Sales, BrainWatch US, this role combines a business growth mentality with strong conceptual and consultative selling skills to navigate complex hospital sales cycles, build clinical and administrative confidence , and grow market share across an assigned territory. Work Environment This is a field-based role combining a home office with regular travel. Typical environments include customer sites, hospitals, airports, and hotels. Pay Transparency: Pursuant to the requirements of applicable State laws and regulations, the starting salary range for this position is $75,000 USD Base, $250,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
