The Product Manager is responsible for identifying and understanding customer needs, market opportunities, and industry trends, then translating these insights into a strategic product roadmap. This role manages products from concept through launch, and may include post-launch lifecycle responsibility, balancing innovation with operational excellence. It requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners to ensure products are desirable, viable, and feasible. The Product Manager also develops and manages the product's business model, including pricing strategy, revenue targets, and cost considerations to ensure long-term product viability. They partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to define go-to-market strategies, support product positioning, and enable successful market adoption while monitoring product financial performance and market traction. Essential Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field; 3-5 years of relevant product management experience.

Travel requirements: Travel up to 30-35% for customer visits, market research, and project collaboration. Compensation: The pay range for this position is $79,100 to $98,880+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.
