Representations & Warranties M&A Insurance- Vice President The San Francisco office of Aon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vice President to join its market-leading M&A and Transaction Solutions team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a corporate attorney with 3-5 years of M&A experience to transition from private practice into a client-facing advisory role supporting some of the most sophisticated private equity and strategic clients in the market. This role is a hybrid role, with the flexibility of working both virtually and form our San Francisco office. Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have a strong academic record, excellent analytical and oral communication skills. In addition, the candidate must be a proven self-starter willing to take on a good deal of responsibility with the ability to problem solve and advise clients involved in complex transactions.

Pay Transparency Laws: Thesalary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $275,000 - $350,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
