Our base salary range is $119,520 - $179,280 and in addition we have generous bonus plans to provide a competitive compensation package. Who We Are: The People Operations team at Ai2 is responsible for building and executing Ai2's recruiting, talent management, compensation and benefits, policy and compliance, learning and development, workforce management, and organizational design practices. There is no task that is below anyone on the team (including you!) Your Next Challenge: You will operate as the Senior People Operations Business Partner to Ai2. In partnership with Ai2 leaders and the Head People Operations, you'll be responsible for creating, developing and executing programs that enhance our culture, team member performance, and the team member experience of a talented team pursuing an extraordinary set of scientific and engineering challenges. You'll share in the ultimate responsibility for creating a great place to work and where our team members thrive in a collaborative and open environment. You will collaborate with specialist teams like legal, finance, communications, program management office, and People Operations specialists to drive decisions and programs that attract, retain, and grow outstanding talent at Ai2.
