About the Role
As a Consultant Lead (IBS Loans), you will guide complex client engagements focused on banking operations and integrated platform solutions. You will serve as a primary client advisor, translating business and technology needs into scalable, outcomedriven solutions. This role combines strategic leadership, delivery accountability, and industry expertise to drive measurable improvements in client performance. Success is defined by client value realization, delivery excellence, and strong stakeholder relationships.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead endtoend client engagements, aligning scope, milestones, risks, and measurable outcomes

  • Act as primary client contact, managing expectations, decisionmaking, and executivelevel communications

  • Evaluate business processes, systems, and risks to design practical, scalable solutions

  • Define engagement scope, requirements, and deliverables aligned to contractual agreements

  • Deliver recommendations that improve efficiency, risk management, and operational performance

  • Lead multiple concurrent engagements while meeting quality, timeline, and financial commitments

  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation\

  • Apply industry, regulatory, and platform expertise to guide client strategy and decisions

  • Collaborate with internal teams across delivery, product, and sales to ensure cohesive execution

  • Support business development through solution design, scoping, and opportunity identification

  • Mentor and guide consultants, driving quality, knowledge sharing, and professional growth

  • Contribute to reusable assets, methodologies, and continuous improvement of delivery practices

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience configuring and supporting integrated banking systems, including loans and customer information

  • Strong expertise in financial institution operations, including banking products, processes, and risk frameworks

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex consulting engagements from planning through delivery

  • Advanced problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to address ambiguous business challenges

  • Proven experience translating business objectives into actionable technology and process solutions

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executivelevel presentations

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, engagements, and teams in a fastpaced environment

  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading consulting professionals

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent skillsbased experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience with integrated banking platforms (e.g. Integrated Banking System (IBS), including IBS Loan Bank Control and Processing, as well as Customer Information System (CIS) Bank Control and Processing) and enterprise system implementations

  • Background in largescale transformation, system conversions, or process optimization initiatives related to the FIS IBS system

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services

  • Experience supporting sales efforts, proposal development, or solution scoping

  • Familiarity with data analysis, system integration, and testing methodologies
