Requirements: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong verbal communication skills Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience preferred Ability to stock merchandise and maintain inventory accuracy Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled Ability to stand, walk, and perform light lifting throughout the shift Job Duties: Prepare the store inside and out before opening each day Open and close the Country Store according to established procedures Prepare, maintain, and operate the Tabasco Bar Stock and replenish merchandise throughout the day Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and general questions Answer incoming phone calls and provide customer assistance Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with inventory counts and merchandise organization Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Support additional retail operations as assigned Why This Job?
