Requirements:

• Previous warehouse operations experience required
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working with spreadsheets and tables
• Fast and accurate data entry and typing skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with general computer applications and office software

Job Duties:

• Perform clerical and administrative support for warehouse operations
• Enter, update, and maintain warehouse data and records accurately
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage spreadsheets, tables, and warehouse information
• Coordinate and process warehouse documentation and reports
• Communicate with warehouse personnel to support daily operations
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and operational records
• Perform data entry with speed and accuracy
• Handle multiple administrative tasks and prioritize workload effectively
• Support additional warehouse office functions as assigned
