Location: Mason, OH

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 2:55 PM

This Production Associate job in Mason is for people who pay attention to detail. You'll inspect, assemble, and pack products with care. We know we can count on you to achieve high-quality standards and maintain production goals every shift.

Requirements

• Prior manufacturing or industrial experience required
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

• Read and follow factory work orders and production instructions
• Perform glazing procedures for custom doors according to specifications
• Safely operate hand and power tools to complete production tasks
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Work with team members to achieve daily production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE
• Perform additional production duties as assigned
