What You'll Do:


As a Standards Administrator, you'll serve as the bridge between Engineering and Manufacturing by maintaining accurate product data, engineering documentation, and Bills of Materials that keep production running efficiently.



  • Review engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Create, update, and maintain Bills of Materials, routings, part masters, resin formulations, and manufacturing data within SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Manage engineering document control, revision history, and release of drawings and documentation to manufacturing, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate Engineering Change Orders and Engineering Change Requests while tracking project completion and maintaining engineering databases.
  • Verify engineering drawings, part numbers, and material specifications to identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
  • Calculate material quantities and maintain accurate product structures to support production planning and inventory requirements.
  • Maintain engineering standards, specifications, technical records, and department performance metrics.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure product data supports efficient production and continuous improvement.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


What We're Looking For:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering support environment working with engineering drawings and Bills of Materials.
  • Experience reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and part lists.
  • Experience using SAP, MRP, or another ERP system to maintain product data and Bills of Materials.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and computer-based documentation systems.
  • Familiarity with measurement tools including tape measures, rulers, and calipers or micrometers.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across multiple departments.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this positionis listed below. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
