Xometry is looking for a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this full-life cycle recruiting role, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top-tier technical talent - including Technology, Engineering, Product, and Data roles - while also building a talent pipeline for future hiring. You will act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and will partner with HR Business Partners to ensure the talent needs of the organization are met, consulting on recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer presentation. The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $75,000-$85,000 annually + annual bonus depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
