Overview

NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for a Support Analyst to join our team remotely at the Arizona Department of Corrections Regional Office.

This is a remote position that may require travel.



Responsibilities

    Communicates in a professional manner with all managers, employees, vendors and clients of NaphCare
  • Perform various clerical and administrative functions to assist in maintaining and organizing files, records, and documentation in accordance with organizational expectations and policy
  • Enter and update data in compliance tracking systems, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Track deadlines for accreditation related submissions and follow up with responsible staff
  • Promotes, supports, and adheres to all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Seeks resources for direction, when necessary
  • Performs all other related functions and duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Experience with Correctional HealthCare accrediting bodies (NCCHC, ACA), preferred but not required.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort learning compliance tracking systems and databases
  • Excellent skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, time management and an ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom) for scheduling and coordination
  • Ability to take initiative with projects to work both independently and as a team member.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Capabilities:

Ability to work and sit in front of a computer approximately 8 hours per day, talking and listening to communicate effectively with team members, visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing data/information and viewing a computer terminal, ability to work under pressure
