Test Technician (Contract-to-Hire) - Aerospace Manufacturing $32-$40/hour (DOE) \| 1st Shift \| Monday-Friday \| 8:00 AM-5:00 PM \| Natick, MA Launch your career in the aerospace industry! We're hiring a Test Technician to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of advanced propulsion systems used in next-generation space technology. This contract-to-hire opportunity is perfect for a hands-on technician who enjoys solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges. Responsibilities: Assemble, test, and troubleshoot precision aerospace components and propulsion hardware. Set up and operate test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems. Collect and document test data while verifying product performance. Read engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation. Support prototype builds, production testing, and process improvements. Perform mechanical assembly, modifications, and rework as needed. Maintain accurate records while following quality and safety standards. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, testing, aerospace, or a related technical field. Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Experience with precision assemblies, fluid systems, instrumentation, or electromechanical equipment is a plus. U.S. Citizenship required.
